Hatha Flow Yoga

Discover the benefits of yoga practice with hatha flow yoga. This friendly and informal class combines yoga postures with movement and breath to improve flexibility, strength, balance and mental health.  Term time only.  First class PAYG, half termly block booking thereafter.  £6 per class.  Monday 6:30-7:45pm.
