HATHA FLOW YOGA


Discover the benefits of yoga practice with hatha flow yoga. This friendly and informal class combines yoga postures with movement and breath to improve flexibility, strength, balance and mental health.  


TERM COMMENCES:  Monday, 15th January, 2018


Mondays 6:30-7:45pm - Term time only.  

First class pay as you go, half termly block booking thereafter.
